Green Tea with Ginger and Lemon
This tea combines thermogenic and antioxidant properties.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of green tea (or 1 tea bag)
1 teaspoon of grated ginger (or 2-3 thin slices)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup (200ml) of water
Honey (optional, for sweetening)
Preparation:
Heat the water until just before boiling (do not let it fully boil).
Add the green tea and ginger to the hot water. Turn off the heat and cover.
Let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
Strain the tea and add the lemon juice.
Sweeten with honey if desired.
Tips:
Drink 1 to 2 cups a day, preferably before meals.
Avoid drinking green tea at night as it contains caffeine and may disrupt sleep.
Combine tea consumption with a balanced diet and physical exercise for better results.
If you have any health conditions or are pregnant, consult a doctor before regularly consuming thermogenic teas. 😊
