Reminding myself of this today.

Sometimes it feels like our wheels are stuck in the mud. Everything in that moment seems more frustrating and less tolerable.

We start to slide back into a negative mindset. It sucks, but the quicker you get back on track the better.

That is where resilience and strength are born from.
