Life is hard, but more importantly, it is very short. We don’t have time to waste not choosing happiness.

Happiness people, it comes from committing to the desire of happiness. You have heard the saying it is a choice, and it is.

It’s dedication, day in and day out giving yourself self care; whatever that looks like for you.

Happiness comes when the weight gets lifted off of us and we can learn to smile again.

You may have off days, bad days, excruciatingly hard days, but you aren’t alone. We all suffer from time to time.

Just get back on board STAT bc you never want to be back in the constant loop. If you find yourself there, who put yourself there?

Also, we have all wasted enough time and energy on people who dont always show up when we need or want them to.

“If my train rolls off the track; pick it up pick it up pick it up!” 🫴🏼 this mean you. You stay consistent, you show up for yourself and that is what will matter day in and day out. That is what will count. That is what will radiate from within you.

If people don’t want on your train, they certainly don’t need to be; and you dont want them to be.

Stay focused and consistent in your own life and don’t worry about anyone else.
