đ´BREAKING: Thailand and Cambodia Agree to Unconditional Ceasefire After Five Days of Deadly Clashes!

In a significant breakthrough after nearly a week of escalating violence, Thailand and Cambodia have agreed to an unconditional ceasefire beginning at midnight, according to Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, who confirmed the development Monday afternoon.
The ceasefire follows five days of deadly cross-border clashes that claimed dozens of lives and displaced over 30,000 civilians. The border region, long disputed, had seen an alarming surge in artillery fire and military movements, raising fears of a broader conflict.
Adding an unexpected diplomatic twist, U.S. President Donald J. Trump released a statement on his social media platform, claiming personal involvement in mediating the ceasefire.
âJust spoke to the Acting Prime Minister of Thailand and Prime Minister of Cambodia,â Trump wrote. âI am pleased to announce that, after the involvement of President Donald J. Trump, both Countries have reached a CEASEFIRE and PEACE. Congratulations to all! By ending this War, we have saved thousands of lives.â
Trump went on to call himself the âPresident of PEACE,â noting that he has now âended many Wars in just six monthsâ and instructed his trade team to restart negotiations between the two Southeast Asian nations.
While neither Bangkok nor Phnom Penh has officially confirmed Trumpâs role, the announcement has stirred international attention, with some observers welcoming the ceasefire and others questioning the U.S. leaderâs direct influence.
