When I spoke into the world that I wanted to be booked during the Superbowl I never thought I would be working with the NFL for the Superbowl!!!

all teamed up to curate this special event to build a 59 ton oyster reef in Leesville, La. Getting to be a part of this from the beginning was absolutely amazing. There also will be a documentary coming out where your boy is a featured person!

I’m still processing this. A couple of weeks ago I was promoted to Executive Chef. When I say this job was never on my bingo card. Last summer my business started to slow down, and I got very down on myself. It was a confusing and frustrating time for me.

This journey has been wild, trusting God through it all has been the hardest part. I’ll give it my all and see where this takes me. Yes, my private Chef business is still rolling, and that will never stop. But as I say, when you are given an opportunity to shine blind they ass!

We created a 7 course masterpiece that I would put against any restaurant in the city.

- Roasted Cauliflower soup with truffles
- Seared Tuna salad
- Caviar pie
- Pate toast
- Crab ravioli with a sherry corn moux choux sauce
- Wagyu steak with collard green yuzu sauce
- Maple sweet potato pie with marshmallow goat cheese whip
