Meet Mac, the golden retriever with a heart of pure gold—inside and out! 🐾✨ A lifelong M Streets resident, Mac is a certified Canine Good Citizen, registered therapy dog, and proud member of a family of healers.

Known for his sweet nature (not guard-dog material!), Mac loves walks on Katy Trail, strolling Greenville Avenue, and charming everyone he meets—including the valet team at Javier’s, where he’s earned VIP parking status. 🚗⭐

When he’s not enjoying pup cups, kolaches, or croissants, Mac is busy being the ultimate family dog and devoted big brother to his “small human pup.”

Mac proves every day why golden retrievers truly are precious pets. 💛

✨ Meet Your Neighbors: The Conant Crew ✨

Say hello to Trevor, Megan, baby Evelyn, and their lovable Golden Retriever, Mac! Since moving to the M Streets in 2021, the Conants have embraced everything that makes this neighborhood special—morning runs, family walks to Glencoe Park, patio dinners, coffee stops, and the close-knit community they love calling home.

Trevor and Megan both built careers helping others in healthcare, while keeping family at the center of their busy lives. Their daughter Evelyn already loves music classes, park swings, books, and chasing Mac around the house. Mac, a certified therapy pet, is also a familiar face around the neighborhood.

Their advice to new neighbors? Embrace the walkability, meet the people around you, and enjoy the charm and character of the M Streets.

🍌✨ Taste This: Banana Pudding Tumblers ✨🍌

A Southern classic with a stylish twist! Banana pudding may be known as a beloved vintage Southern dessert, but its roots trace back to English trifles layered with custard, fruit, and cake. Today’s version swaps cake for everyone’s favorite—vanilla wafers—and serves it up in elegant tumblers.

This dreamy dessert features rich vanilla custard, fresh banana slices, crushed wafers, and homemade vanilla bean whipped cream. Perfect for spring gatherings, brunches, or an anytime sweet treat!

Fun fact: There’s actually no banana in the pudding itself—the banana flavor comes from the fresh fruit layered inside. 🍌

A special thank you to Carolyn Tillery for sharing this delicious recipe with the Stroll M Streets community! 💛
