💙🎉 Happy Father's Day 🎉 💙

Today, we celebrate all the incredible dads, grandfathers, stepdads, and father figures who help support, protect, and love unconditionally.

Did you know Father’s Day was first celebrated in 1910? It began in Spokane, WA, thanks to Sonora Smart Dodd, who wanted to honor her widowed father—a Civil War veteran who raised six children alone. It officially became a National Holiday in 1972.

What started as a heartfelt tribute has grown into a global celebration of all the men who lift, lead, and love their families fiercely.

You can read more about the history of Father's Day and see some our wonderful Greet Lake Highlands dads on pages 20-22.

To all the amazing dads in our community — thank you for everything. 💙
