To him, every day is AMAZING 🤩

He's got great manners, he's silly 😜, easy going 🐢, positive 😃, friendly 😇, caring 😌, a great friend, affectionate, active, baseball ⚾️ loving, happy go lucky kinda kid!

But he's also very intelligent, astute, witty, insightful and a surprisingly deep thinker. In fact, he’s testing for the gifted program today.

And he will pronounce EVERY S Y L L A B L E OF EVERY WORD! Ask - he’ll tell ya 😂😂

If you don’t know nothing bout Kenz, one thing she gone do is celebrate HERSELF 😩

Last night she started as pitcher & struck out 3 batters. Literally 3 up, 3 down, no hitter inning.

And Maddox, being the proud brother he is, took over as cameraman extraordinaire 🎥

And blessed be the rock, he caught a video of her breaking into a full running man on the mound after striking out the 2nd batter 🙄

My brother said it best, “Kenzie gone Kenz” 🤦🏽‍♀️

Happy 1st…..well it’s actually their 2nd 😬….day of school to my sweet babies!!!

Y’all, these three of some of the most resilient 💪🏽 kind-hearted 💙💗 and adaptable little people I’ve ever seen.

We’ve had SO many transitions along this med journey and each time they’ve excelled academically and grown beautifully 😍

I love them so much….but sweet Jesus, I’m so grateful that they are BACK 👏🏽 IN 👏🏽 SCHOOL!

Whew chile…. but they are worth it ♥️

LEMME EXPLAIN ‼️

Now I know I’ve been silent but I shole ain’t been stagnant. These few months have been a whirlwind of really high highs….and some really low lows.

So thank you for the calls, the texts and the love but most of all, thank you for being the friend I ain’t gotta apologize to for taking care of ME.

Whew chile….ISSBEENALOT! But it was worth it.

Shout out to the ones who have it all together and the vast majority of us just winging it LOL. (I definitely fall in the winging it category 100% hence why I’ve been a lil M.I.A) 🤪

I encourage you today to take a moment to honor your journey. Reflect on the women who've imparted into you, admire the growth you've experienced and thank the challenges that strengthened you along the way.

You are wonderfully beautiful, perfectly imperfect and EXACTLY the Mom your babies need. ❤️

So pat yourself on the back sweet friend, you are an everyday hero!

And to the grandest Mom of them all, Jeri Godhigh, I love you! Words cannot encompass the magnitude of gratitude I owe to you. So, thank you for everything ❤

Also - sending extra thanks to God for the 3 who made me a Mama whom I also hope will respect this day enough to leave me alone and not ask for nothing, need nothing, want nothing and only wish to serve my every need on today. Likelihood of that happening is slim to none BUT a girl can dream 😩👀😂
