Reality TV shows have people thinking and feeling that spying in on the lives of others is a fun and recreational way to spend their time. The comedy in it is that they become so focused on the lives of others that they aren't paying proper attention to the fact that their own lives are in a constant state of dysfunction, because now they regard the dysfunctional nonsense that they see on TV as normal, when in fact it is anything but.

Listen to me family: Life is too short and love is too precious for you to waste on stupidity and ignorance. Start with loving yourself. Because when you truly love yourself you will protect your heart and do the things necessary to protect your character as well. Stop compromising your own morals, "STOP SETTLING" for fear of not being able to have something better than who or what you have now. But more than any of that, stop living your life by what you believe other people think you should or should not do. Live your life for YOU. - Adrian Milan

Until you have actually suffered the tragedy of a life and death situation it's hard to really understand or appreciate the magnitude of the impact and loss to the victims. We are now in the season of giving and there are still so many who are being forced to live "without" the most basic of things.Something has happened in my life recently that had completely destroyed my faith in love and humanity in general because none of the abuse or injustice or loss or destruction had made any sense to me,...until today. I woke up with a clarity of mind and purpose that I never would have even thought possible, because I get it now. I just wish so much didn't have to be lost in the process. So for all of my friends, fans and family who lovingly follow me on my various pages and have attended my functions or seminars or book signings or engagements, I thank you for your support, but there is about to be a shift in agenda and production. I can only assume that we became friends or that you are following me because you touch and agree on many of my views,....if that is the case,...I hope that you continue to support my new endeavors as we grow to put those views into physical action. We are well past the time for talk and talking about change,...now it's time to "DO." - Adrian Milan
