I’m so honored to be chosen as the first National Alliance on Mental Illness, NAMI Person First Story! As a mental health advocate and proud supporter of NAMI New Orleans it is a great privilege to share my story to help and give hope to the many people impacted by mental illness, who are suffering in silence, and are struggling with suicidal ideations and thoughts.

This holiday season and new year be kind to one another, you never know what someone is going through and who needs your love the most. I pray this helps 🙏🏾
