⚡️ Great bowls of gumbo! ⚡️ It's a classic dish that can be found everywhere in New Orleans, from fine dining restaurants to the corner store . . . not to mention your neighbor's house! Here's just a few of our favorites:

🍲 Saint John features a "gumbo du jour" inspired by Vermillion Parish (aka Cajun country) favorites.

🍲 Mr. B's Bistro's Gumbo Ya Ya is a classic with dark roux, chicken, and andouille sausage.

🍲 Trenasse's "Fowl Gumbo" might sound like a misnomer, but adding duck confit to chicken and andouille gumbo will always be just right.

2. Nothing will make your hearts all a-flutter like a romantic meal at Coquette. Trade bites of smoked trout roe and onion dip, and fried flounder with chow chow and green peanut tartar sauce. 📸 💝
