• 2 lbs Chicken thighs, boneless skinless

• 2 Bay leaves
• 1 Celery, rib
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 1 Green bell pepper
• 3 Green onions
• 1 Onion, medium
• 1/2 tsp Thyme, dried
• 1 (28-ounce) can Tomatoes
Canned Goods
• 3 cups Chicken broth
• 1 tbsp Tomato paste
Condiments
• 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Pasta & Grains
• 1 White rice
Baking & Spices
• 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
• 1 1/4 tbsp Creole seasoning
• 1 Salt and pepper
• 1 tsp Sugar

🦐When in Sicily you have to eat their red shrimp 😍 They are served raw usually with olive oil, lemon & parsley. The flavor is so delicious it doesn’t need much—so sweet & buttery they melt in your mouth 🤌🇮🇹
