Here are our Guests...

Hugues Sarrat
Hugues Sarrat is 19 years old. He started playing the trumpet at the age of 6, and has not stopped playing since, at least until the beginning of his current medical studies that forced him to play less often !
Having made a scientific course and developed a particular attraction for sport and nutrition he is destined to become a nutritionist doctor.
On the music side he returned to the Conservatory of Music and Dance in La Rochelle in the trumpet class of Renaud Hinnewinkel at the age of 11, and began jazz at 14 with the guitarist Arnaud Axler and his jazz workshop at the Conservatoire. He participated in a group of funk / hip-hop / soul in 2015, called "Art Pimpers", based in Paris. He was able to enjoy a "tour" on the New Aquitaine region, which made him love the scene and learned to play in groups.
Due to his musical break imposed by the work requirement of the first year medical competition, he is very motivated and excited to return to the world of music to pick up the trumpet where I left off, between jazz, funk, improvisation, concerts and meetings!
He has already made a trip to New Rochelle !!

Marie Célérier
Marie Célérier started the saxophone at the age of 6 in the music school of Saint-Savinien, near the village where she grew up.
Very early, her pleasure of the music was formed by the practice of ensemble (orchestra of harmony, quintet of brass, jazz band), without counting many training courses. Even today, she likes to leave the professional world of C.R.R. Aubervilliers to return to Charente Maritime to direct the Harmony Orchestra.
It was quickly spotted, first by Julien Gomila, saxophone teacher at the Conservatory of La Rochelle and then by André Telman, the conductor of this orchestra who saw in her the potential of both a musical and mental professional. At the age of 15, she completes her 3rd cycle and enters the professional cycle of the La Rochelle Conservatoire, which she carries out with her schooling.
She deepens and broadens her musical passion: her main instrument, the saxophone, but also the piano, the singing, and above all the conducting, analysis and writing. Her meetings with saxophonist Julien Petit, professor at C.R.R. Aubervilliers, and with chef Philippe Ferro during a Master Class in 2017, will be decisive for his orientation in higher education.
To make music a life, it means for Marie Célérier: to play, alone or with others, to understand, to create, and to listen. From Bach's last partitas performances to the breath of Stan Getz, and to the unpublished sounds of Magnus Lindberg's works, her musical pantheon is enriched every day with new colors.
She has only one regret: that the days are only 24 hours to learn everything she wants to know and try all new experiences. She also needs to read and look at the world, to be interested in life sciences and philosophy. And above all, she loves sailing in the Atlantic on her parents' sailboat. To be silent and to watch the sea endlessly is also a way for her to live music.

Adèle Salomé
At 8 years old Adèle Salomé begins the violin. At 10, she began to play gypsy jazz and improvise, listening to the albums of Django Reinhardt and Stéphane Grappelli, accompanied by his father on guitar.
At 14, she has the chance to cross the road of Mathias Guerry in a Jazz festival. After playing together and he offers to teach her classes.
In parallel, in high school, Mathias, Laurence Le Calvet and Michel Delage allow her to join the conservatory of Rochefort.

It was at this moment, listening to Mathias Guerry, that she became passionate and decided to become a professional violinist.
Her desire to play in the orchestra then makes her interrupt her studies one year (first), She learns quickly and returns to 3rd cycle violin and integrates the first violins of the orchestra of the conservatory,

She also participates in the high school jazz group and a gypsy jazz quintet ...
After the baccalaureate, she "goes up" to Paris to progress.
She had the opportunity to play with many musicians and benefit from their advice (Florin Niculescu, Noe Reinhardt, Tim Kliphuis ...).
"Parisienne" she plays in Paris but also in the whole of France without forgetting the Charente-Maritime where she often occurs.
We discover her at Jazz Between The Two Towers opening the tribute to Didier Lockwood.
