Some career transitions aren't just about changing jobs; they're about discovering your true calling.,,,
Meet Tammy Hutchison, whose journey from corporate retail executive to friendship mentor proves that our greatest strengths often emerge when we dare to reimagine our purpose.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
While her childhood friends played with dolls, Tammy was drawn to her toy cash register—a hint of the retail leadership journey ahead. Over 30+ years, she climbed from Store Manager to Regional Acquisition Leader, overseeing 50+ locations and consistently driving year-over-year growth.
Her secret? An innate ability to identify strengths in others and coach them to greatness.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘁:
After retiring from corporate success, Tammy didn't slow down—she shifted focus. In 2021, she founded Fix Her Crown Leadership, transforming her decades of people development expertise into a mission-driven community supporting women over 40.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁:
Today, from her Florida home with husband John and fur-baby Lucy, Tammy mentors women in building meaningful friendships through events, classes, and retreats. Her philosophy is powerful yet simple: "We fix each other's crown quietly so our light shines by helping others shine brighter."
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁:
The skills that made Tammy exceptional in retail—identifying potential, developing people, and building strong teams—became the foundation for her second act. Sometimes our greatest professional strengths are actually our calling to serve others differently.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆:
Your career expertise isn't just about climbing ladders; it's about building bridges. Whether you're 25 or 55, consider how your unique skills could create impact beyond traditional career paths. Life truly is a journey, not a destination.
