Journals, Jewels, & Journeys Magazine At 60, I'm still developing to become... As a mom of 13 and grandmother of 22, I'm reinventing, rediscovering, and reestablishing myself to become... I'm a business owner, domestic engineer, decorator, designer, organizer, writer, author, and publisher.

Everybody benefits from tips and techniques - whether it's new or just improved, if it makes our lives better, it's worth the introduction! Our articles will include menus and recipes for the Hostess of the Mostess, decorating and design, fashion, crafts, hobbies, events and celebrations. For some, our abilities is a natural talent, and for others - cultivation, our articles will depict views of both sides of the coin. I've been shut in... NO more procrastinating!

Since I turned 60 years young this past January, I have been on a scrimmage to complete my memoir, a book I have wanted to write for decades that was once titleless.

Now that I have solidified the title, I can't stop writing. Late nights and early mornings... after months and months of brain dumping, it's finally taking shape and I am so excited!!!

Happy New Year!

Speaking of Gifts, Talents, and Abilities .....My 25 year old daughter would make a great comedic actress - her accents are incredible, and she can make up a story line on a dime, but she just does it just for fun! This is how she entertains us ...... If we could only get her to take it seriously.
