I did not know I needed those words until I heard them.
Be where your feet are.
And just like that something shifted. Something that had been scattered across a hundred different worries and timelines and mental conversations suddenly gathered itself back into the present moment where it actually belonged.
How often do we physically occupy a moment while being mentally completely absent from it? How often are we standing in the middle of something beautiful โ something we will one day desperately wish we could return to โ without actually being there at all?
Too often. Far too often.
These words are a gentle but powerful call back to the only life we actually have โ the one happening right now beneath our feet. Not the one we left behind. Not the one we are nervously anticipating. This one. Right here. This breath. This moment. These people. This ordinary extraordinary now.
Thank you for these words. Truly. I did not know how much I needed them until they found me. ๐ค๐
