Time to Say Goodbye 😥
Thank you for being a part of our family.
( was just the temporary name.)
Today, I want to take a moment to tell you why I created this page and why I started making this kind of content.
I believe every life matters. Every single person matters, regardless of age.
MindStark is about psychology, wellness, healthy aging, philosophy, life lessons, emotional intelligence, mindset, and personal growth. But you may have noticed that 60–70% of our content focuses on senior citizens.
There’s a reason for that.
I’ve noticed something that has always bothered me.
When someone passes away at a young age, so many people say:
“They had their whole life ahead of them.”
But when someone is 50, 60, 70, or 80+, sometimes the reaction feels different.
And it made me wonder:
Does the value of a life decrease with age?
Are young lives more important than the lives of our seniors?
No. Absolutely not.
An 85-year-old life is just as valuable as an 18-year-old life.
A 90-year-old person’s life matters just as much as mine.
I’m in my 30s, and I genuinely believe that the life of a 90-year-old person is just as precious and important as my own.
I love people. I care about people. And I feel deeply for people, regardless of their age.
That’s one of the reasons I started MindStark.
I thought maybe my knowledge, my research, and my habit of learning could help someone who is struggling, feeling lonely, feeling lost, or simply going through a difficult time.
Maybe one post could make someone feel understood.
Maybe one message could change someone’s perspective.
Maybe something we shared could reach a person who really needed it that day.
I also hoped that Facebook would eventually monetize my content. That support could have helped me continue my research, use better tools, and put more time and effort into creating these videos.
But sometimes, life takes us in different directions.
So today, it’s time to say goodbye to Facebook.
To everyone who watched, liked, commented, shared, encouraged me, or simply stayed with MindStark, thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
And especially to our seniors, thank you for being such an important part of this journey.
I hope something we shared here made you think, smile, reflect, or feel a little less alone.
I’m leaving with one simple belief:
Every life matters.
Every age matters.
Every person matters. ❤️
Thank you for everything.
Goodbye, my Facebook family. ❤️
