Our pool has in infinity edge / spillover (it’s hard to see in the picture, but the tile in the photo slopes down at about 45°) and the bees have decided that this is their own personal water park. There are always a handful of bees there and sometimes as many as 20 or 30. I have no idea where their hive is, but they’ve been coming back to play here every day in the summer for three or four years. They’re not aggressive, so I’m happy to have them there. I walk by and even step over them two or three times a day and have never been stung. I’m not even sure they eve nnotice me, or if they do, they just ignore me.

With this simple trick, my flower beds finally look clean, intentional, and done. I used to let the edges of my garden run wild — messy lines, overgrown grass, and mulch everywhere. Now every path and flower bed has a clear, beautiful boundary — and I didn’t spend a dime.

Came home from a late board meeting to my back gate left open so went to investigate and found the tube from the utility box in my yard, strung along the fence line and then going down into another neighbor’s yard. Checked the cameras and two men had rung the bell (of course I missed the notification because I was in a meeting). It was after hours, they were not wearing any utility “uniform,” and they walked up my driveway, having parked outside the range of my camera. What did they do? Are they stealing electrical or something?

I'm going to remove the greenhouse because my husband wants a vegetable garden; could you please help me change this area? Additionally, there is something along the fence. This seems dull.

What’s the best way to fix this hole in our wood floors? It’s under furniture and won’t be seen.
I was gonna fill it with a scrap piece of wood the best I can and nail it in the hole. Then I can use wood putty and sand. Possibly stain. Is there a better way?
