1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced 🥭
1/2 fresh pineapple, cored and cubed 🍍
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced 🥝
1/2 papaya, peeled, seeded, and sliced
1 banana, sliced (add just before serving) 🍌
1 cup watermelon, balled or cubed 🍉
1/2 cup blueberries 🫐
1/2 cup strawberries, halved 🍓
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 🥥
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish 🌿
Lime wedges (optional, for drizzling)
A tropical dip like vanilla Greek yogurt with honey or passionfruit puree (optional)
Directions:
Wash and dry all fruits gently. Peel and slice the mango, kiwi, papaya, banana, and pineapple.
