High-Protein Sausage Egg Muffins
Makes: 12 muffins | Prep Time: 10 mins | Bake Time: 18 mins
Macros (per muffin, approx.): 9g protein · 1g net carbs · 7g fat
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1/3 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt (for extra protein)
1/2 cup cooked ground sausage (turkey or pork)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line muffin tin with liners or grease.
In a bowl, whisk eggs + cottage cheese + seasonings.
Stir in cheese and sausage.
Divide into muffin cups (fill ~Âľ full).
Bake 16–18 mins until set and golden.
Let cool slightly, then enjoy or refrigerate for meal prep!

High Protein Strawberry cheesecake fluff
It is the most delish high protein dessert without that whey taste. Soooo good!
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup of yogurt (you can use a low carb one)
Small package of sugar free strawberry jello mix… use the entire package - to prepare it
Add the mix to a separate bowl, add about 3-4 Tbsp of hot water and mix.. it will make a slight paste.. that’s ok.
Now dump it all into a blender and go!!!!!!!! Dress with berries or sugar free graham crackers.. sf redi whip too. For those that do not like the Jell-O mixes because of the ingredients, you could take about a half a pound of strawberries, cut them up, add them to a pan,  about 1/4 cup of your choice sweetener, some cinnamon, splash of lemon juice, and start cooking them on low to medium, and it will make a jam like substance, then add that to your mix
Pour into dish.. back to frig or freezer for ice cream later.
Makes 4 servings - macros are per serving

These bars are the real “I’m eating candy, but I’m not” moment.

Soft, creamy chocolate filling wrapped in a silky coating — but secretly packed with protein and zero sugar crash.

Perfect for freezer stash, snack emergencies, or those 9pm cravings.

📏 Yield & Timing:

Servings: 6–8 bars

Prep Time: 10 mins

Chill Time: 1 hour

Total Time: ~1 hr 10 mins

Macros (per bar):

✅ ~12g protein · ~4g net carbs · ~6g fat (varies by protein + chocolate)

đź§ľ Ingredients:

For the fudge base:

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (whey or casein, ~30g)

2 tbsp cocoa powder

ÂĽ cup almond flour or coconut flour

3 tbsp nut butter (peanut or almond)

2 tbsp Greek yogurt or cottage cheese

2–3 tbsp milk of choice (unsweetened almond or Fairlife)

1 tbsp sweetener (monk fruit, stevia, or erythritol)

Pinch of salt

For the coating:

½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (Lily’s or ChocZero)

1 tsp coconut oil (for melting)

🥣 Instructions:

1. Make the Base

In a bowl, mix protein powder, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and sweetener.

Add nut butter, yogurt, and milk. Mix until a thick dough forms — like protein cookie dough.

Adjust texture: add 1 tsp milk at a time if too dry.

2. Shape the Bars

Press the dough into a parchment-lined loaf pan or shape into small rectangles by hand.

Place in the freezer for 30–40 minutes to firm up.

3. Melt the Chocolate

In a microwave or double boiler, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.

4. Dip & Set

Dip each bar in melted chocolate, using a fork to coat fully.

Place on parchment and refrigerate until chocolate sets (~15 minutes).

Optional: drizzle extra melted chocolate over the top for that store-bought look.

Disclaimer: I do know it's not OK to have artificial sweetener everyday. Other things people do, or healthy habits that people don't do, may put us at much higher risk for health problems than eating a piece of pie made with protein shakes and artificial sweetened ingredients. My doctor is aware and agrees with my food choices over the last year which has helped me lose over 75 pounds. I just want to help others along the way but it is perfectly ok if people don't agree.
