I LOVE cookies and cream ice cream with peanut butter, like a LOT of peanut butter. I would have it several times a week.
Before joining WW a month ago, I had really worked on curbing my sweet tooth and haven't had that in months.
I am SO excited that I discovered Chobani 0 sugar Milk and Cookies yogurt. Its really good by itself but I got the brilliant idea to put some PB2 powder in it a few days ago. I only put 1 teaspoon into the yogurt, stirred it up then popped in the freezer for about half an hour.
Oh...my...goodness!!! Peanut butter cookies and cream 'ice cream'.......1 point!!!! ( 1 teaspoon PB2 powder =0 points, the yogurt = 1point). This has become my favorite nighttime treat. SO good. Loving finding ways to make my favorites healthier and not depriving myself of something sweet.

Guilt-Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Soft Serve 🍦🥜
1 container sugar-free Cool Whip
1.5 heaping Tbsp sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix
Handful sugar-free peanut butter chips
ChocZero chocolate sauce for drizzling
Steps:
Thaw the Cool Whip and stir until smooth.
Mix in the pudding powder really well.
Fold in the peanut butter chips.
Spoon into bowls or cups, drizzle with chocolate sauce.
Freeze for about 3 hours, then dig in!
Soft, creamy, and totally guilt-free — a peanut butter lover’s dream. 🥰

Crunchy Cheese Crisps
I was craving something crunchy but didn’t want the guilt — these totally hit the spot!
Take slices of your favorite cheese (I used cheddar and pepper jack), cut them into small squares or triangles, and place them on parchment paper. Air fry or bake at 375°F for about 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle with a little garlic powder, ranch seasoning, or chili flakes while they’re still warm. Let them cool on a rack — they crisp up perfectly!
Super easy, low carb, and so satisfying when you just need that crunch

Found this little trick a while back and used it tonight. It's amazing! Put one protein shake, 2 tsp instant SF pudding mix (I used the vanilla flavor today) and a bit of ice in a blender. Blend everything up. It thickened up the protein shake and really tasted like a creamy vanilla milkshake. Only 166 calories. So delicious!!

Sugar free cheesecake pudding treat which is 100% sugar-free and around 1 carb per 2 ounces.
1 small box Sugar-free cheesecake Jell-o
2 cups Heavy whipping cream - I buy generic at Aldi it’s the best tasting to me.
You can eat it as pudding or as a fruit dip or you can make a sugar-free cheesecake by creating an almond flour crust.
** variation — some people use premiere protein vanilla for their milk substitute instead of heavy whipping cream but it’s not as fluffy to my liking.

❤️☕️New to the love of “fancy coffees”. I like expresso iced lattes made with white chocolate, caramel, 2% milk topped with vanilla cold foam with caramel drizzle. Question is….in a 16 oz cup, what’s the process of making? Which do you pour first? The expresso and then the milk? Or the milk and then the expresso? When do you put in your syrups and sauces? I recently hopped on the Nescafé train, and my half asleep self has been reading the instructions as 1 TABLESPOON per 2 oz of water instead of 1 TEASPOON 😅😅😅 and I give myself multiple servings bc, why not.

Honestly, a miracle I haven’t given myself a heart attack at this point.

Anywho, also recently discovered the Starbucks version-this salted caramel flavor is great if you like something on the sweeter side.

🍪 Cookies & Cream Protein Shake

Ingredients:
• 11 oz Vanilla Premier Protein Shake
• 1 tablespoon JELL-O Oreo (Cookies & Crème) Pudding Mix
• 1/4 cup Cold Water
• Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions:
1. Pour 11 oz of Vanilla Premier Protein into a shaker or blender.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of JELL-O Oreo pudding mix.
3. Add 1/4 cup cold water to make it a smoother consistency.
4. Shake or blend until fully mixed and creamy.
5. Pour over ice into a large glass or tumbler.
6. Stir gently and enjoy your thick, dessert-like shake! 🍦✨

-diet Mountain Dew and SF syrup = 0 points

You wanna hate on my sugar free stuff you can pry it from my skinny dead hands also I find sipping soda keeps me so much fuller on my measly 23 points hahah plus caffeine is gold for me
