F-16 fighter jets launched strikes on the Ta Krabey Temple area, escalating tensions along the Cambodia–Thailand border.
Cambodia’s Ministry of Information issued a strong statement in response, declaring that “those who truly love will never destroy.” The Ministry drew a clear contrast between a rightful owner and an impostor, likening a true mother—who would sacrifice herself to protect her child—to a false mother who seeks only to win, regardless of the pain or destruction caused.
The Ministry added that the attack on Ta Krabey Temple serves as undeniable evidence of destructive actions committed by those who are not the true custodians of the land.
Meanwhile, in an interview with KTN News, Mr. Sambath, a Cambodian youth, said he was shocked and deeply saddened to witness the damage caused by Thailand. For many Cambodian people, the incident is profoundly distressing and has sparked widespread concern.
