I become a victim when I blame my situation or circumstances on anyone else. There are true occasions where people are victimized but if I have a voice, a choice or any amount of resources, I don't have to be a victim and I can continue to live a life of abundance.

For this, I'm eternally grateful in His blessings.

Opportunities do not show up gift wrapped in a ceremony of lights, glitter and confetti. They come when you least expect them. If you know something big is about to happen, you would act differently. God wants you to be yourself with Him in your heart so when the time does come, you're naturally ready.

He doesn't want you to worry though. That only leads to anxiety and acting out in a way that doesn't glorify Him. The trick is to just live your life, meet with those you believe God is telling you to meet and do the work He wants you to continue doing.

Everyone gets to a point where having the best things, latest gadgets, or most expensive cars and jewelry gets very boring. What life is really about is the experiences of your family and the people you help.

I'm ready.
