🇱🇷 Trump’s Comment Was Offensive—But the Real Disgrace Is on the Motherland 🇱🇷

Donald Trump told Liberia’s President, “You speak such good English,” as if English isn’t Liberia’s official language. 😳

But while everyone’s focused on Trump’s ignorance, we’re missing the bigger problem: the silence of our own leaders.

How can African presidents keep accepting this kind of disrespect without a word? This isn’t diplomacy—it’s submission. And it’s embarrassing.

Liberia has deep ties to the U.S., was founded by freed African Americans, and speaks English officially. Yet Trump’s comment went unchecked—again.

Until we have leaders who command respect, not beg for it, Africa will keep getting laughed at on the world stage.

🗣️ It’s time to stop bowing. Start standing.
Our dignity must never be optional.

Timothy Harris wasted over $400 million in 7 years—and there’s nothing to show for it. No healthcare transformation. No economic growth. Just political handouts to keep people dependent and distracted.

Meanwhile, Dr. Terrance Drew inherited a broken economy and a crumbling healthcare system—and in less than 3 years, real change is happening. The economy is stabilizing, partnerships are growing, and our country is finally on a sustainable path.

Something is deeply wrong with us as a people. After centuries of slavery, colonization, and exploitation, we still idolize the very systems that broke us.

Imagine African leaders returning from the U.S., greeted like heroes, and the leader of Gabon proudly wearing a Make America Great Again hat—as if that slogan ever included Africa. How did we get here? Why are we still mentally enslaved?

We praise the white man’s God, crave his validation, wear his brands, and beg at his feet—while forgetting our ancestors died fighting for freedom. The chains may be gone, but the mental slavery remains.

Freedom doesn’t come by bowing. It comes by standing tall and loving ourselves enough to say: Enough is enough. Until then, we’ll remain slaves in suits—diplomatic, smiling, but still enslaved.

It’s time to wake up.
It’s time to rise.
Africa must remember who she is. ✊🏾

British Teen Pardoned After Jail Time in Dubai Over Relationship

🇬🇧✈️ A 19-year-old British teen jailed in Dubai for having a consensual relationship with a 17-year-old girl has been released and pardoned after serving 6 months in prison.

Marcus Fakana was sentenced under UAE laws that criminalize s*x outside of marriage — even if consensual. His case sparked outrage after it was revealed that the girl’s mother reported him to authorities upon returning to the UK.

Last week, Fakana received a royal pardon from Dubai’s ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and is now back home in Tottenham, North London.

⚠️ This case is a strong reminder: what’s legal in the UK may be illegal abroad. Tourists must understand the laws of the countries they visit — especially in the Middle East.
