Total Supply in Brooklyn down about 10% since last week. The weekly supply is down 10% as well with only 104 listings coming to market this week.
Pending Sales actually ticked up slightly although pretty much sideways. Contracts signed this week also staying consistent.
It’s very obvious buyer activity is more than outpacing the amount inventory the market is able to produce this time of year. Bringing up the market Pulse even higher, indicating even more of a seller’s market.

Supply has been trending down and dropped almost 7% from last week.
The weekly supply pace dropped 30% this week.
Again Pending Sales is moving sideways and actually ticked up a less than a percent showing strong signs that buyer demand remain consistent.
On the weekly side, number of signed contracts went down a bit, but not enough to keeping the inventory from shrinking.
Market Pulse went up quite a bit. With the diminishing supply and persistent buyer activity, sellers hold even more leverage now.
Median sales seems to have ticked up a little bit as mentioned last week.

Manhattan, this week saw an uptick in contracts signed while inventory drops. Market Pulse remain steady in the sellers market corner.
An interesting find when comparing coops and condo markets across different price points: In the luxury market (above $4mil), condos fared better than coops while one market level below, coops took the lead in the $2-$4 million range.
Brooklyn is more of the same from last week. Supply drops, pendings rise. A very tight market place, buyers have little reprieve.
