Campbell and Carr: A Cultural Apothecary

Campbell and Carr: A Cultural Apothecary Welcome to Campbell & Carr, a place for all tea lovers of history, culture and genealogy to gather!!

Welcome to Campbell and Carr: A Cultural Apothecary — where potions, victuals, and sundries are crafted for a happy life. Our teas are hand-blended in small, intentional batches to ensure freshness — from bold rooibos reds to soothing herbal infusions, and everything in between. We source ingredients from ethically responsible farms and use tea to create community around joy — bringing wellness an

d connection to life, one cup at a time. As a cultural apothecary, we celebrate the stories, rituals, and beauty of the Diaspora. Each tea carries meaning — a name, a memory, a moment — because we don’t want you to just drink “mint tea.” We want you to feel its story.

Family, here is today’s word: Conscious
I know it says “4” but it’s actually day 5…

Peace.❤️

Great morning Beautiful Fam! I am giving myself an emotional time out for 10 days, nourishing myself with plants, stillness, and insight as I pray for the restoration of balance.
Take the journey with me.
Grab a pen and your journal and don;t forget your favorite cup. I’ll be spilling some ‘tea’ along the journey and hope it fills you the way it is positively affecting me. Peace.❤️

The Harlem Wellness Festival was a day of all things amazing… and MORE. ❤️ We had a blast sharing our Ancestral Tea Ceremony with everyone that day.❤️ We had such moments of joy, as we shared an abundance of healing conversations, herbal knowledge, even genealogy resources… but most importantly, a sense of belonging provided to everyone… yep, Uptown Grand Central and TBoHarlem: you created this atmosphere of community. And I’m so grateful.🥰
