🍌🍦 Frozen Banana Yogurt Pops 🍦🍌
These Frozen Banana Yogurt Pops are a fun, healthy, and refreshing treat perfect for hot days or as a guilt-free snack! Made with ripe bananas and creamy yogurt, these pops are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients.
🍴 Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
¼ cup granola or crushed nuts (optional, for topping)
¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for topping)
🍳 Directions:
1. Blend the Bananas and Yogurt:
In a blender, combine the bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into Molds:
Pour the banana yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about ¾ of the way. If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups with popsicle sticks.
3. Add Toppings (Optional):
Sprinkle granola, crushed nuts, or mini chocolate chips into the molds before freezing for a crunchy texture.
4. Freeze:
Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully solid.
5. Serve:
Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the pops. Enjoy immediately!
