Gooey Salted Caramel Cookie Bar Squares 🍫🍪🧂

These are next-level cookie bars! Would you take the chewy chocolatey bite or go straight for the gooey caramel layer? 😍👇

Ingredients:

* 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1 cup brown sugar, packed
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 2 large eggs
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
* 1 cup caramel bits or soft caramels, unwrapped
* 2 tablespoons heavy cream
* Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Stir until smooth.
4️⃣ Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
5️⃣ Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
6️⃣ Press half of the cookie dough into the prepared baking pan and smooth it into an even layer.

* ½ cup mascarpone cheese

* ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
* ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2️⃣ Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
