This tragedy in Texas breaks my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with all the families and friends affected by this devastating flood. GOTAD celebration held at Bass River state forest camp site, New Jersey. In our Ifugao culture, "baya," which is Ifugao rice wine, is continuously served and shared among all attendees, guests, and visitors as a significant part of the event.

"BAYA" is considered a sacred drink in Ifugao culture, believed to be a medium to communicate with and receive blessings from the "Skyworld". It is often used as an offering to the gods during rituals and festivities. The sharing of baya reinforces the sense of community and connection among the people participating in the Gotad.

The sharing of baya during the Gotad festival is a core aspect of this cultural celebration, emphasizing communal sharing, appreciation for the harvest, and the preservation of indigenous traditions. It is a way for the Ifugao people to connect with their ancestors, express their gratitude, and strengthen their community bonds.

In Ifugao culture "Bangngunan" is a game of strength, also referred to as leg wrestling. It's played by two individuals lying on their backs, facing opposite directions, and using their right feet to try and force their opponent's foot down. This game is a demonstration of community strength and resilience, often played during festivals.

We recently attended a vibrant cultural celebration, with hopes of helping our kids connect deeper with their roots and cherish their heritage. It was their first time meeting a new crowd, so they chose to stay a little apart from the main group, soaking it all in their own unique way.

Mama is so proud of how they’re slowly opening up and embracing their culture. We believe these moments will plant seeds of pride and identity that will stay with them forever. Looking forward to many more experiences that will keep their heritage alive in their hearts!

Forgot my cellphone at work, so I called—surprisingly, my boss answered! I didn’t know what to do anymore, so I asked her to put it in my locker… but the funniest part is, it turned out to be the best opportunity for me to ask her do some work for me! 😂📱

🎉A fun party at a friend's house with my family!
It was a wonderful time of bonding, laughter, and relaxation. On the way back home, I opened our online business community chat group and was so touched to see everyone congratulating me.

What truly amazed me is realizing that my AUTOMATED online business has been working quietly in the background, blessing me even while I’m enjoying quality moments with loved ones.
