Sister Wives star Kody Brown is making waves again with his appearance on a new reality TV series. Currently, Kody is busy promoting his participation in Special Forces: World's Toughest Test. The show returns to FOX this week, just days before the new season of Sister Wives premieres in the fall.
​If you haven't heard of this FOX reality show, you're not alone. However, a quick Google search reveals that the series "takes recruits through harsh and challenging environments, testing their mental and physical abilities through a series of tests."
​Apparently, the show is quite popular among fans of the genre, having run for several years and yet to be canceled. (Many tune in simply to see the Sister Wives star.)

Sister Wives star, Meri Brown, is currently grieving over the death of a beloved friend. Kody Brown's ex -wife uploaded a photo of the two of them on Instagram on September 26 as a tribute to touch Mark Stidham.
"Go too fast," Meri wrote in their photo caption. "A man who is full of confidence, kindness, and affection. A man who has integrity and has wisdom. A man who always prioritizes others. I feel honored to recognize him, learn from him, and call him a friend. Rest in peace, Mark."
Although the Sister Wives star did not provide further details about the figure of Mark, the fans immediately recognize him as one of the founders of Salaroe. It is known that Meri has long been involved with the company.

What could possibly make Kody consider taking another wife? Kody said, "There's something I want, maybe more than you do." His wife asked, surprised, "What? What do you mean?" The reality star claimed he didn't want to discuss the topic, but she pressed him, "Oh, you're talking about physical intimacy." Kody then revealed that his "primary motivation" for taking another wife was physical attraction.

​Robyn revealed that she always wanted to be part of a polygamous family, but things haven't worked out the way she hoped.
​In the Season 20 trailer, Kody tells Robyn, "I've been getting emails again from women who want to get to know us and join the family." Robyn seems less than enthusiastic about the idea.
​Later, as the couple chats, Kody goes on to share with Robyn what his three ex-wives have long said: "I think we have a really special bond, but if it can't be replicated, it could be dangerous for us." Janelle is a truly captivating figure. She finds profound peace and joy in the company of her grandchildren and in the opportunities her new farming venture offers. She now lives free from the burden of judgment and majority rule, and experiences the incredible freedom to do whatever she wants.
​Although she has suffered greatly, she has also reaped the greatest rewards in personal freedom and the knowledge that she is loved by her children.

I suspect he wasn't fully aware of the move. I don't think he was with Robyn when she drew up the blueprints for that massive apartment house. I don't think Robyn actually rejected the two million dollar house or "accepted" it simply because of its size or because of her homelessness. I don't think that makes sense.
​Then, there's an awkward and unconvincing moment where Robyn pretends to be angry with Kody, when in fact she's just repeating the plan they both made. However, Robyn and Kody seem to agree that Kody will be the "antagonist" in this situation.

Looking at the layout of the house in Lehi, I felt the division was unfair to Meri and Christine. They had to share the upstairs and downstairs on one side of the house, while Janelle got the entire left side, since she had the most children at the time.
​On the other hand, I can understand why Meri wouldn't want more than 10 young children using her house as a shortcut, considering Janelle's house is on the left side and Christine's house is on the lower right side.

I'm currently reading the first Sister Wives book, and I'm struck by the contrast between what they're telling me now and what they said in the past, especially Kody's drastic change in attitude.
​I'm only at the beginning, but this book goes into great depth about how much Kody and Meri love each other. It makes me feel like all the hateful remarks he makes and comments like "I never really loved you" are just lies. I also feel like every hair that falls out of his head directly correlates to his loss of self-awareness.

It's interesting how Christine recounts the moment she first learned about Janelle differently. In Becoming Sister Wives...

It's interesting how Christine recounts the moment she first learned about Janelle differently. In Becoming Sister Wives, she says she learned about Janelle when Kody vented his frustration over her annoying him before they were engaged (while she was dating someone else). However, in Sister Wife, Christine explains that she only learned about Janelle after she and Kody were engaged. I'm curious why she changed her story.
