Want to learn how to make the best djon djon rice without the stress?
Stay until the end this seasoning changes everything.

I start by frying some green beans.
Then I add Apes organic djon djon seasoning made with real djon djon mushrooms for that deep, authentic flavor.

If you want your rice darker, just add more seasoning.

Next, I add water, coconut milk, a scotch bonnet pepper, and let it come to a boil.

Here’s what the epis looks like — clean, well blended, and ready to elevate the dish.

After adding the rice, I lower the heat and let it cook completely.
Then I mix everything well so every grain absorbs all that flavor.

I add a little more green beans because I love a beautiful balance of colors.

Let it cook a little longer on low heat…

And here’s the final result.
