This month wasn’t the best for your boy , lost both my business account and my favorite bike in the matter of a week. But as usual life won’t always be flowers and sunshine’s , life also has its downs and sometimes they’ll hit you like a damned Mac truck.

The question is what’s your next move ?
If you know me, you know siting and sulking is never going to be an option.
If you know me, you know I’m ten toes down regardless the situation.

To anyone going through a rough situation atm just know sometimes you will find points where you must break things down just so you can rebuild them even stronger then ever. This doesn’t only apply to building muscle my friends.
