A good weight loss tip
This picture was the easiest way for me to explain how cutting carbs isn't always the only way in the weight loss process. Yes ketogenic or low carb diets can be helpful, but pay attention to the fat rich foods, like hard cheese, avocados, nuts and seeds. They are all healthy and full of nutrients, but if you underestimate the quantity, you may not see progress any time soon. At the end of the day, you should be in a caloric deficit in order to lose weight. .

➡1 gram of carbohydrate= 4 kcals
➡1 gram of protein= 4 kcals
