Happy Spiritually Satisfied Sunday to you all! 🌟
How are we living, doing, and being? I want to encourage you to take some time today to create your list of values, principles, non-negotiables, and beliefs. Last night, I did this for myself, and let me tell you, there’s a profound difference between verbalizing these thoughts and putting them down on paper. I make it a point to revisit this annually because as we transform, our lists evolve.

Whatever uplifting activity you choose to do today—whether it's free writing or journaling, preparing a meal for someone, or visiting a friend—make sure to incorporate it into your daily, weekly, or monthly routine. These small acts can create a ripple effect in your life and the lives of others.

Let today be about developing a unique daily encouragement that resonates with you. And if you know someone celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or any special occasion, take a moment to personalize your greetings; those small gestures can make a big difference.

Fabulous Faith Filled Friday, everyone! It’s a beautiful season to be alive, and October holds a special place in my heart—it's my birthday season! As we embrace this time, let me remind you that it's crucial to prioritize your health. By now, you should have completed your annual physicals, women’s Pap smears, breast exams, abdominal ultrasounds, and men, your prostate checks. It’s never too late to take charge of your health.

Speaking of health, how many of you embark on a meatless cleanse once a year? If you haven’t yet, consider starting! As a pescatarian, I sometimes delve into the realms of vegan meals, juices, and fruits, but I'll admit, I have a weakness for fried foods. Those crispy fried fish and delicious fried oyster mushrooms truly are addictive! Acknowledging our guilty pleasures is part of the journey—yet moderation is key.

Remember, it’s not too late for you to become who you aspire to be. My incredible mentor, Mama Stella Odie, recently gifted herself her autobiography for her 83rd birthday. Her journey inspires me deeply, and I aim to be a source of motivation for others, just as she has been for me. Reflect on the story you’re telling yourself that holds you back. The notions of “it’s too late,” “you can’t,” and “I don’t have the resources” are all myths we must challenge.

Set smart goals and take action! Develop daily encouragement practices that resonate with your journey and contribute to your growth.

Happy Thankful Transformative Thursday, everyone!
Sending you all love and strength today. Remember, today is a good day, and we each made it through the night. If you're celebrating a birthday or anniversary today, blessings on you!

I want you to channel your inner joy and scream at the top of your lungs at some point today! When was the last time you let out a shout of excitement just because? My niece and sister lovingly call me "noise box" because I express myself loudly—whether I'm laughing, crying, or celebrating! Just the other day, I was out on the street when my friend K called with amazing news. I couldn’t help but stop and scream like I just won the lottery!

Now, I encourage you to embrace that same excitement for everything you do. From this day forward, carry out your passions with pride, dignity, respect, and love, knowing you are making a difference in the world. And remember, never measure your worth against others. Do you, boo! You might be surprised to find out how many people would envy your life.

You truly make a difference, and it's important to be extremely grateful for all that you do.

So, here's your daily encouragement: Take a moment to reflect on what you're passionate about and how you can share that enthusiasm with the world. Celebrate your journey, and never forget the impact you're making.

Today, let's take a moment to tap into our inner wisdom. How are you truly feeling? If you’re like many, there may be days when you wish someone would take the time to ask. That’s why I make it a point to inquire at least once a week. I hope you’ll take a pause and reflect when I ask.

Are you merely surviving, or are you thriving? Before you rush to answer, take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Consider the word “survive” and how it resonates with you.

I recall attending a domestic violence conference and hearing a survivor proclaim, “I am a thriver.” That was the first time I encountered that empowering word. It🌟 It's Wisdom Wednesday! 🌟

Today, let’s take a moment to tap into our inner wisdom. How are you really doing? Are you simply surviving or are you truly thriving?

It’s easy to rush through life without pausing to reflect. I encourage you to take a deep breath—inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth. Now, think about what "survive" means to you. Does it resonate deeply, or does it merely scratch the surface?

I remember attending a domestic violence conference where I heard a survivor proclaim that she is a thriver. That single word stuck with me, transforming my perspective over the years. It took me five years to define what it means to thrive and another five to fully grasp the depth of that transformation. After ten years of growth, I can confidently identify myself as a thriver.

Leaving behind the victim mindset is a profound change. It’s about stepping out of darkness and embracing the light of survivorship. Transitioning from surviving to thriving is a brave, yet daunting journey filled with necessary unlearning and relearning.

Today, I invite you to embark on your own journey. Reflect on your goals, acknowledge your achievements, and dare to step into your power.

Remember, it’s never too late to define your own path towards thriving. You don’t have to do this alone.

🌟 Happy Thankful Tuesday! 🌟

Today is a special day to reflect on all the blessings in our lives. What are you most thankful for this morning? Personally, I’m grateful for freedom from bo***ge. I’ve witnessed how easy it is for people to become trapped by their circumstances, causing them to overlook the beauty around them. What’s holding you back from expressing your gratitude?

Just yesterday, I found myself enveloped in a thick morning fog while driving. It felt like I was navigating through a storm, with Waze alerting me about every patch of fog ahead. As I crossed a bridge, the dense fog surrounded me, creating an indescribable experience. It made me marvel at nature’s wonders and reminded me of the profound insights we can gain when we remain present.

Let’s take a moment to say thank you for the people in our lives who may not always be genuine. Even🌼 It’s Thankful Tuesday, and there’s so much to express gratitude for! What are you most thankful for this morning? I’m personally grateful for the freedom from bo***ge. I've witnessed how often people overlook their immediate situations due to the chains that bind them. What’s your bo***ge that keeps you from singing “Thank You”?

Yesterday, I found myself in thick morning fog, feeling like I was driving through a mystical storm. It was fascinating how my GPS kept alerting me to patches of fog ahead. At one moment, I could feel the bridge beneath me, yet the fog enveloped me entirely. It reminded me of the incredible ways nature works and the insights we can gain when we remain fully present.

Let’s not forget to be thankful for those who wear masks, pretending while hiding their true selves filled with darkness and negativity. If you can’t avoid them, keep your light shining bright and protect yourself from their negativity. Send them blessings and keep saying THANK YOU. Hold on tight to your gratitude, humility, and understanding.

Today, let’s take a moment to reflect on all the blessings in our lives, no matter how small. Remember, gratitude opens doors to more joy.

Do you have the faith to believe in the miraculous? It’s time to put that faith to work. Reflect on what you've been complaining about lately. It’s time to shift that energy! Turn those complaints into praise and gratitude. Create a daily affirmation of thanks that resonates with your heart’s desires. Repeat it consistently until you witness the manifestation of those desires and feel compelled to share your testimony.

Remember, the journey to gratitude is not just about the destination but about enjoying every step along the way. Studies have shown that practicing gratitude can lead to a healthier physical, mental, and spiritual life. It’s one of the key ingredients for human flourishing.

Happy New Week! My prayer for you is that this week is filled with blessings, miracles, signs, and wonders that align with God’s beautiful design for your life. Embrace each day with positivity and open your heart to the amazing things coming your way.

Speaking of laughter, what's the funniest movie you've seen? I find it hard to pinpoint mine—maybe "Buddha Butt" or "Oh God." It's been ages since a movie made me laugh like that! To reconnect with my inner child, I'm thinking of diving into some Tim Tin, Jug Head, and Archie books. It's exhilarating to rediscover parts of ourselves that bring joy.

As you move through the week, remember to approach new challenges with a sense of adventure. Each day is a new opportunity to grow and learn.

Have you ever wondered why some people seem to thrive in certain roles? Maybe it’s because they are called to those spaces. Ask yourself: Are YOU called to the same place?

Let’s not waste any more time on pursuits that don’t serve you. Take a moment to evaluate what activities truly resonate with you. Are you still engaging in them? If not, why? Consider whether you have a mentor or guide who has already traveled the path you aspire to take. Are the people around you equipped to support you in your journey?

Did you know this month is packed with awareness for important causes like ADHD, Breast Cancer, National Cybersecurity, National Disability Employment Awareness, Mental Health, Domestic Violence, and Down Syndrome? It’s a powerful reminder of the challenges many face and the strength it takes to navigate them.

As I reflect on this, I think about how October is also my birthday month—what a beautiful time to celebrate life! Over the past nine months, we've focused on the theme of "Happiness." By now, I hope you’ve developed a clear understanding of what happiness means for you. Remember, it stems from within, not dependent on external factors.

What meaningful actions do you take daily to boost your happiness? Identify them and nourish your mind with those positive experiences regularly. Small changes can lead to significant shifts in your life.

This month, I encourage you to commit to discovering and nurturing your inner happiness. Set daily intentions that align with your definition of joy and well-being. Let’s continue this journey together!

🎉 Yeahhh, it's the end of September! If you haven’t given birth to your 2025 vision baby yet, now’s the time to push harder! As we close this month, take a moment to pause, take a deep breath, and push it out with determination—do this thrice! Now, inhale and exhale gently—repeat three times. And don’t forget to smile broadly!

I love mornings like this when I slip into the flow of writing. I often ask, "How are you living?" I wonder if the essence of that question resonates with you. Analyzing how we live is far more introspective than simply focusing on how we feel.

So, what’s in front of you? What blessings are you enjoying that deserve acknowledgment? Do you take the time to list what you’re grateful for each day? If yes, let’s make it easier—focus on the things you’ve listed this month.

I adore the Ember months because they bring forth the fruits that I love to reap. How about you? Create daily encouragement for yourself. Embrace gratitude and reflect on your journey.

Let’s keep pushing towards those goals and dreams. Remember, every small step counts!

Happy Mindfulness Meditation Monday! As we navigate this second to the last day of September 2025, take a moment to be present. What affirmations can you create that resonate uniquely with your life today? As we prepare to bid farewell to September, reflect on the fond memories you have created this month. What moments will you cherish in your history? You still have today and tomorrow to intentionally create lasting memories.

Consider this week’s challenge: “One thing beautiful about me is _________.” Take a moment to fill in that blank. If you're like many, you may find it powerful to list at least five beautiful things about yourself. Afterward, reflect on how you can celebrate and acknowledge these qualities in a meaningful way.

Let this mindfulness practice guide you toward a deeper appreciation of yourself. Remember, embracing your beauty is a vital part of self-care.
