You are not broken. You are becoming.

Let me remind you who you are—not as fluff, but as fact.

You are made of the same elements that burn in stars.
The cosmos doesn't just surround you. It lives within you.
Your ability to think, feel, choose, rise again?
That's the universe waking up to know itself.

And here's the coaching truth no one tells you:

👉 You get to decide what runs the show inside you.

I've made my choice. The only thing I want within me is God. Light. Goodness. Purity. Not religion. Not performance. Just the Source of all life, breathing clean through my thoughts, decisions, and reactions.

Wonderful Wednesday, goal-getters. 🌟

We're officially halfway through Q2 of 2026. Let me ask you honestly: Do you have your Q2 goals written down?

If not, it's not too late. Grab a notebook right now. Pull something forward from Q1 that still matters. Break it into small, measurable objectives. That's how goals stop being wishes and start becoming results.

We're living in strange, unpredictable times. That's exactly why clarity matters more than ever.

Here's something I've noticed in my coaching work:

Some women are afraid to revisit their childhood and adolescence. I understand that fear. But here's the truth — if you don't understand where a reaction or thought pattern came from, you can't change it.

I still go back. Not to dwell. To connect the dots. To find the root. And then — uproot what no longer serves who I've become.

Many of the beliefs running your life today were installed by authority figures during your primary and secondary socialization. Last year I challenged you to examine your beliefs. I'm challenging you again:

👉 Whose voice is that? Is it even true? Does it belong to you now?

Living forward means being present and processing things in real time. But some experiences are so painful that healing takes time. That's not failure. That's honest work.

As Kierkegaard said:
"Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forward."

Your coaching challenge this week:
Pick one old belief that doesn't fit who you are today. Trace it back. Question it. Then take one small action forward — not perfect, just present.

Tell The Truth Tuesday

Let's be honest for 60 seconds.

I'm a reader. Or at least, I used to be. My phone turned that identity into a lie. Twenty-plus books sitting in my library, untouched. Even summaries dropped off my routine. Sound familiar?

Here's what I know as a coach: addiction to your phone isn't a character flaw. It's a behavior loop. And loops can be rewritten.

Your coaching challenge this week – 5 steps to break the scroll:

1. Design your morning, don't default to it.
Phone stays outside the bedroom. First 15 minutes of your day = one book, zero screens. No exceptions.

2. Replace the shortcut.
No more "I'll just listen to the summary." That's diet content. You need the full meal. One page. Just one.

3. Create physical friction.
When you read, the phone goes into a drawer, a closet, or a "phone jail" (a box). Not face down. Inaccessible. Friction kills impulsive habits.

4. Use the craving as a reward.
"You can scroll for 10 minutes AFTER one chapter." Your brain will start craving the chapter.

5. Track your loss, not your shame.
Ask yourself every night: What did my phone cost me today? That unread book? That quiet hour? Let the answer fuel you, not guilt you.

Read for 15 minutes straight, phone in another room. Then comment below with ONE sentence from what you read.

Motivational Monday – Coaching Edition 💡

I'm sending all the prayers in the world to you this morning. Yes, you. Whatever that need is, it shall be met.

But let me coach you for a second. Because prayers work and so does clarity.

I had two traumatic events happen back to back. The first one? Hate showed up. Real hate. I wanted my cousin dead. Misplaced anger, frustration – all of it.

Then the second incident hit. And that one hurt differently.

Here's the coaching moment: Crisis doesn't create your heart – it reveals it.

So now I'm asking you the same questions I had to ask myself:

🔹 Who is occupying the chambers of your heart?
🔹 Are they in the atria receiving your love… or in the ventricles pumping life back into you?
🔹 Because when someone sits in both chambers – that pain is intense. And you need a plan, not just prayers.

Your coaching challenge this week:

1. Name what's in your heart right now. Hate? It never walks alone. It brings anger, bitterness, resentment – and then trauma, pain, and shame tag along.
2. Decide which chamber needs to be cleared out.
3. Write down one boundary or one conversation you've been avoiding. Then take one small step toward it.

Your vision is precious – measure it like a diamond.
Don't let what's in your heart block what's in front of you.

Spiritual Sunday, friends. ✨

Sending love and good vibes your way. Here’s a gentle check-in for the quiet ones—the ones who scroll, reflect, and rarely comment.

When was the last time you laughed from your gut? Deep, belly-full, can’t-breathe laughter?
And when was the last time you cried—really cried?

If you can’t remember either… you’re not broken. You’re protected. But maybe those walls you built to keep pain out are also keeping joy out.

Rumi said, “What you seek is seeking you.” But most of us look everywhere except inside. The barriers, the defenses, the stories you tell yourself to feel safe—they live within you. Not in your partner, your job, or your timeline.

No one else can “make” you happy. Not your boyfriend going out of his way. Not your best friend. That’s a beautiful gift, but it’s not the source.

The real work? Sit with yourself. Feel the last laugh. Feel the last tear. Don’t fix. Don’t post. Just be with it.

That’s where the magic starts. 🔥

We've officially entered Q2. Double digit day. Time isn't waiting—and neither should you.

Here's your reminder: Live on purpose. The life you have is yours. Leave a legacy worth remembering.

This quote hits different today: "The soul that sees beauty may sometimes walk alone."

And that's okay. Walking alone isn't loneliness—it's self-discovery. It's soul healing. It's where you become familiar with the person staring back at you in the mirror.

But here's the other side of that truth.

We also need our people. We need men and women in our solar system. Without them, we don't reach our goals. Period.

So walk alone when you must. Heal. Discover. Grow.

Then choose wisely who gets a seat in your orbit. Not everyone belongs there.

Tell The Truth Tuesday.

Let me be real with you for a second.

I had an experience recently that stopped me in my tracks. Not because it was loud or dramatic—but because I was present for it. Fully there. And what I’m processing right now is hitting different.

So here’s my honest rating for today: the quality of my thoughts is sitting somewhere between a 2 and a 3. Not terrible. But not clean either.

And that’s the truth.

Here’s what I’m learning though:
The stuff we don’t process doesn’t disappear. It just changes costumes.

It shows up as a sharp tongue. A short fuse. A need to control. A fear of being seen. It becomes the vibe we bring into every room—and we wonder why we feel heavy.

Worse? We start handing it out like gifts nobody asked for. To our kids. Our partners. Our coworkers. Strangers in comments sections.

Unprocessed trauma isn't just pain you carry.
It's pain you spread.

At some point, it stops being a memory and starts being a stronghold. Psychological. Emotional. Even spiritual. And if we're honest—some of us have been living out of that stronghold for years, calling it "just who I am."

But what if you cleaned the wound instead of covering it?
What if you stopped bleeding on people who didn't cut you?

Today, I'm shepherding my gates. My eyes. My ears. The door of my lips. And I'm asking for a clean heart—because I know some of what I've said and done came from places I never healed.

If this hits home, don't scroll past it like a stranger.
Sit with it. You don't have to be broken forever. But you do have to stop pretending you're fine when you're not.

Let today be the day you start unpacking instead of passing it on.

🌱 SPRING – OBSERVE
The trees don't rush their leaves. They know when to begin.

→ What is one area of your life where you're trying to force growth before the frost has fully passed?

☀️ SUMMER – ASSESS
In their prime, trees don't scream to be noticed. They simply bear fruit and drop it at the exact right time.

→ What are you doing right now for approval instead of purpose? Where are you holding on too long instead of releasing with confidence?

🍂 AUTUMN – RELEASE
If a tree keeps last season's dead leaves, it dies. Letting go isn't loss. It's survival.

It’s April 2nd — the second day of Q2. A fresh quarter, a fresh chance to be intentional.

Pick ONE thing this quarter. Just one. Something that truly transforms you — not just checks a box. Then pour your attention, your energy, your daily intention into it.

Here’s what I’ve learned: You are the gardener of your own ecosystem. Keep it green. Keep it clean.

That means guarding your light.
Ask yourself — who or what keeps dimming it?
The chronic complainers. The drama-baiters. The ones who never celebrate your wins.
Energy vampires are real. And you don’t have to let them feed on you.

So today, take stock of your personal ecosystem.
👉 Who gets a seat at your table?
👉 What conversations do you allow to loop in your head?
👉 Where are you leaking your light?

Be ruthless about protecting your inner glow. Not from a place of fear — from a place of knowing your worth.

This quarter, don’t just set goals. Set boundaries.
Don’t just chase results. Nurture your light.
