𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐥 𝐍𝐇𝐒 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐄𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐞-𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞

Macambol National High School has made a significant technological boost with the arrival of essential digital resources under the DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) e-Package earlier today, May 13, 2024.

Led by Mr. Nicolle Jay S. Roslinda, the School ICT Coordinator, and supported by the School Inspectorate Team, the school eagerly accepted the following resources:

46 Laptops
1 Smart TV
2 Routers
2 Storage Carts
1 External Hard Drive
1 Flask Drive (Recovery Disk)

Mr. Roslinda emphasized the potential of these tools to engage students in innovative ways and foster a deeper understanding of our curriculum.

"This delivery marks a pivotal moment for our school. It promises to revolutionize teaching and learning experiences in ICT especially in the lower grades," the ICT Coordinator said.

Meanwhile, the School Inspectorate Team, led by Mr. Joseph Eric G. Bautista and including Mrs. Shanel B. Clemente and Ms. Riza V. Razonable, echoed Mr. Roslinda's sentiment as they expressed excitement about the opportunities presented by the e-Package.

In addition to the educators' enthusiasm, Mr. Miguel H. Panugan Jr., the school principal, virtually thanked Mrs. Marny C. Bulac, the Division Information and Communications Technology Officer (ICTO), for being instrumental in making the school a recipient of the said e-Package and for her invaluable assistance in facilitating the delivery.

Moreover, Mr. Junrey S. Emiliano, the Administrative Assistant, highlighted the collaborative effort behind the successful delivery.

"The efficient distribution of these technological resources reflects our commitment to ensuring that every student has access to the tools they need to succeed," Mr. Emilian added.

With the collaborative efforts of educators, administrators, and the support of the DCP e-Package, Macambol National High School is gearing towards a digitally empowered future by enriching the educational experience for students and teachers alike.

We have done it again!
Macambol National High School achieved another significant milestone by flawlessly executing for the third time the Automated Election for the Supreme Secondary Learner Government Officers for the next school year 2024-2025.

Spearheaded by the Learner Government Commission on Elections and Appointments (LG COMEA), the process was overseen by Chief Commissioner Miguel H. Panugan Jr., ensuring transparency and efficiency throughout.

Commissioner Nicolle Jay S. Roslinda played a pivotal role as the Commissioner on Electoral Board, overseeing the technical aspects of the automated system. Under his guidance, the election process was streamlined, allowing students to cast their votes seamlessly and securely, reflecting a modern and tech-savvy approach to student governance.

Ensuring the integrity of the election, Commissioner Riza V. Razonable diligently fulfilled her role as the Commissioner on Screening and Validation. Her meticulous efforts guaranteed that all candidates and votes were thoroughly screened and validated. Upholding the principles of fairness and accuracy in the electoral process.

Michael G. Pareja, the SSLG Adviser, provided invaluable guidance and support to the LG COMEA and student candidates, fostering an environment conducive to democratic participation and responsible leadership development.

The success of the automated election wouldn't have been possible without the expertise of Junrey S. Emiliano, the system administrator, who installed the innovative system. His contribution marks a significant advancement in the school's electoral procedures and paving the way for future elections to be conducted with the same level of professionalism and effectiveness.

With the remarkable success of the automated election for the SSLG, Macambol National High School looks forward to future elections with confidence and enthusiasm. The seamless ex*****on of this year's electoral process sets a high standard for future elections, encouraging increased student engagement and participation in shaping the school's leadership. As the school continues to embrace technological advancements in governance, the stage is set for even greater success and progress in the next election cycle, promising a bright future for student leadership and representation at Macambol National High School community.

𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆

Here's a learning insight from our SSLG President from her attendance in the Project SIKAT Capacity Building Training last May 4, 2024:

Attending this training has enhanced my leadership skills by teaching me the importance of compassion and dedication. I now understand that being a good leader requires not only volunteerism but also the ability to earn trust and respect through one's character. I have developed a conscious understanding of how my character, behavior, and motives impact my role as a leader.

Moreover, I have learned the importance of making decisions without being swayed by emotions and carefully considering the consequences of my actions. It is crucial to remember that being a good leader does not mean tolerating wrong actions out of pity; instead, ethical leadership should be applied.

As a leader, it is my responsibility to be a positive influence on my followers and cultivate their potential to become future leaders. I am excited to apply these lessons to become a better leader and achieve success in both my school and community.
