1/4 tsp black pepper
2 large eggs
Vegetable oil (for frying)
For the Golden Onion Rings:
2 large onions, sliced into rings
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions:
Prepare the Onion Rings:

3 to 5 ripe bananas, mashed depending on size

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour four 8-inch round cake pans.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake 🫐🍰

Enjoy a slice of creamy decadence with this White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake. It combines the richness of white chocolate with the fresh burst of blueberries for an irresistible treat!

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup cornstarch
8 ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled
For the Blueberry Topping:
2 cups fresh blueberries
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:

Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well mixed.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:

Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar together in a large bowl until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream and cornstarch until smooth.
Gradually add the sour cream mixture to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until well combined.
Gently fold in the melted white chocolate.
