Qualifications
•
1+ year of experience in telecommunications construction required
•
Knowledge and understanding of OSHA safety requirements to complete the job(s) safely
•
Ability to climb/Gaff poles correctly
•
Ability to read and understand blue prints
•
Ability to read and understand work orders
•
Ability to identify aerial equipment
•
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced and quickly changing environment
•
Ability to work on call including evenings and weekends as needed
•
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
•
Ability to work and climb up to 35 feet
•
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

•Lead Groundman in daily work to safely complete jobs • Direct traffic in accordance with local DOT guidelines as necessary

Must pass a background check and drug screen
