Sick, ill, infected, and otherwise unfit dogs and animals were knowingly put up for adoption by Friends of Freddie Pet Rescue, Inc. The Long Island animal “rescue” is under investigation by Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and has been hit with a class action lawsuit, filed this morning by the litigation firm of Ray, Mitev & Associates. Copies of the lawsuit, photographs of the class action Plaintiffs’ pets, and interview availability upon request.

In 2005, Scott Eriksen died after being brutally beaten by Suffolk County corrections officers. Gary Eriksen, the fugitive grandfather who stole his granddaughter's $2M wrongful death settlement, has been apprehended by police, with the help of Ray, Mitev & Associates. Next court date is scheduled for Tuesday, December 2nd.
