Oklahoma Senate Candidate’s Death Ruled Su***de — But Family Questions Whether Scene Was Staged

The death of Oklahoma State Senate candidate Barry Christian has taken a controversial turn after authorities ruled his death a su***de while his family continues to question what happened.

Christian, 54, was found dead from a gunshot wound on April 30, 2026, inside a crashed pickup truck near the Texas border. A preliminary report from the Oklahoma Office of the Chief Medical Examiner listed the manner of death as su***de.

But Christian’s family disputes that conclusion.

His ex-wife, Farrah Christian, claims Barry was right-handed but allegedly used his left hand to fire the fatal shot. She also questioned why investigators reportedly tested only his left hand and sleeve for gunshot residue.

Family members have also raised concerns about multiple bullet holes found in his truck and what they describe as possible irregularities at the scene.

Christian’s daughter, Neleh, said the family had been told investigators were examining the death as a possible homicide and questioned how a su***de determination could be released while an investigation may still be ongoing.

Authorities have not publicly confirmed the family’s allegations of a staged scene.

For now, the official preliminary ruling remains su***de, while Christian’s family continues demanding answers and a closer examination of the circumstances surrounding his death.

She Wanted a “Nice Backyard.” Now She’s Headed to Prison.

Amanda Hernandez, 34, has been sentenced to prison for her role in a deadly 2024 home invasion that left 72-year-old Hussein “Sam” Murray dead.

Prosecutors said Hernandez’s husband, Carlos Hernandez, and Joshua Zuazo posed as utility workers to gain entry to Murray’s Rochester Hills home during a planned robbery. Both men were later sentenced to life in prison for Murray’s murder.

Investigators presented dozens of messages between Amanda and her husband that prosecutors said showed she was involved in planning the operation and its aftermath. Among the alleged messages were discussions about turning off phones, avoiding cameras, securing a getaway car — and what they would do with the stolen money.

One message reportedly revealed Amanda dreaming about using the money to buy a home with “no rent” and saying, “we can have a nice backyard.”

Instead, her future now includes a prison yard.

Hernandez pleaded no contest to conspiracy charges involving first-degree home invasion and impersonating a public utility worker, as well as accessory after the fact. She was sentenced to 57 months to 20 years in prison.

Florida’s Black Widow: The Chilling Crimes of Judy Buenoano

Story / Description:
Judy Buenoano appeared to be a loving wife and mother, but investigators later uncovered a disturbing pattern involving the deaths and poisoning of people closest to her.

Her husband James Goodyear died in 1971, followed years later by her boyfriend Bobby Joe Morris. Her son Michael suffered severe poisoning that left him paralyzed before drowning during a canoe trip.

The case began to unravel after her fiancé John Gentry survived poisoned capsules and a car bombing in 1983. Police reopened earlier cases, and evidence of arsenic poisoning helped expose the deadly pattern.

Judy Buenoano was eventually convicted and became known as Florida’s “Black Widow.” She was executed in 1998.

Lindsay Clancy Trial Reveals Mental Health Struggles Before Children’s Deaths

New details have emerged during the trial of Lindsay Clancy, the Massachusetts mother accused of killing her three young children in 2023.

Jurors heard testimony that weeks before the tragedy, Clancy had reported experiencing “persistent and intrusive thoughts of su***de” and described the period as the “worst day” of her life.

According to testimony, Clancy and her husband contacted a medical provider in December 2022 after concerns about her mental health increased. She was reportedly evaluated and later received additional treatment before the deaths of her children.

Prosecutors allege Clancy killed her children — Cora, Dawson, and Callan — before attempting to take her own life. Her defense has focused on her severe mental health condition and the treatment she received before the incident.

The ongoing trial continues to examine the events leading up to the tragedy, including medical care, medications, and the warning signs that appeared in the weeks before.

Andrew & Tristan Tate Face New Allegations Over Passport Claims Amid Extradition Battle

New court documents have raised fresh questions in the ongoing legal battle involving Andrew and Tristan Tate, with prosecutors alleging the brothers possessed multiple passports connected to different identities.

According to filings, investigators claim Tristan Tate had a passport using the name “Vladimir Scorpius,” a name linked to a fictional James Bond villain, while Andrew Tate allegedly claimed online to have access to multiple passports and identities.

British prosecutors argue the alleged documents raise concerns about the brothers being flight risks as they fight extradition proceedings connected to criminal charges in the UK.

The Tates, who have denied wrongdoing, are facing legal proceedings involving allegations including r**e, trafficking, and other offenses. Their lawyers continue to challenge the accusations and seek their release.

The case remains under international scrutiny as authorities and defense teams prepare for further court hearings.

Texas Mother Arrested in Mexico After Nearly 30 Years on the Run

A Texas woman accused of killing her 3-year-old daughter has been arrested in Mexico after nearly three decades as a fugitive.

Maria Narez, now 48, was wanted in connection with the 1996 death of her daughter, Kasandra White. Authorities alleged that the child died after suffering severe injuries inside their Fort Worth home.

According to officials, Narez was indicted in 1997 but disappeared after being released on bond, eventually fleeing across the border and remaining missing for almost 30 years.

Authorities said the investigation never ended, and law enforcement continued efforts to bring her back to face the charges.

The arrest marks the end of a decades-long search as the case moves forward toward accountability and justice for Kasandra White.

North Dakota Mother Accused After Two Children Killed in Horrific Attack

A North Dakota mother is facing multiple charges after authorities say two of her young children were killed and another child was seriously injured during a violent incident at a home in Mandan.

According to court documents, Kailey Erhart, 22, allegedly made a disturbing threat to her estranged husband moments before the attack, telling him: “Say goodbye to your kids.”

Police say officers arrived at the scene following reports of children being harmed and discovered a devastating situation inside the home. Two children, a 5-month-old and a 3-year-old, later died from their injuries, while a 1-year-old child survived.

Authorities allege Erhart was arrested at the scene and now faces charges including murder, attempted murder, terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, aggravated assault, and domestic violence.

Court records indicate the family had previous concerns involving mental health struggles, and investigators are continuing to examine the events leading up to the tragedy.

The case has left the community mourning and raising questions about child safety, intervention, and support systems.
