Fun fact: the background for the artwork is a famous type of bridge in Japan named the “taiko bridge” which symbolizes the crossing between the human world and the world of shrine deities. The photo of this particular bridge was taken by JR, when he and Bri visited Sumiyoshi Taisha in Osaka this past March.
