Everyone keeps praising the desserts I make, and the truth is, they’re all created with simple ingredients that anyone can find. The only thing that’s truly my own—and what shapes the flavor of my desserts the most—is love. All the love I have for the people I work with and those around me becomes the secret ingredient in everything I create. Love works miracles💖💫.
This plate is apricot tart which is made by honey lavender anglaise foam, roasted apricot, almond crumble and goat milk ice cream.
