Health and fitness expert, television star, and three-time #1 New York Times best-selling author Bob Harper is one of the most successful lifestyle experts in the world.

Having starred as a trainer and then host on 17 seasons of NBC’s The Biggest Loser, his world came to a halt in February 2017, when at age 51 he suffered a heart attack and went into cardiac arrest. He woke up from a coma two days later and learned that he had needed to be shocked three times by an automated external defibrillator (AED) to restart his heart.

We're THANKFUL FOR U: @fitness_w_anita

Anita joins us from Portland, Texas and has been a member of the NEOU community for nearly two years. She even made a guest appearance during our Instagram Fit-A-Thon event last April.

Her favorite classes are FORZAG Fitness with Mat and GO with Christi. "Those two bring an enjoyable, easygoing vibe when working out. Their love for what they do is reflected in their various programs and workouts," she says.

When Anita is not getting her sweat on or inspiring others in the NEOU Members Only Facebook group, she can be found singing, dancing, or curled up with a great book.

If you've ever felt down about your fitness, Anita encourages everyone to never give up. "We are all human and we will get discouraged, but quitting is never an option," she says. "Working out for five minutes a day is better than zero minutes a day, just get it done," she adds.

Just a quick question about the free trial period. I have no issue signing up for a year, so long as I can cancel before the end of the trial period and not be charged if I don't like the program. Is this possible? And is it only possible with the yearly subscription? I am deciding between a couple of on demand apps and want to full weigh both before choosing. Thanks!
