To ensure a smooth recording experience for everyone, we kindly request your cooperation.
Attendance Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled recording.
Please reply within 24 hours to confirm your attendance.
If you become unavailable, kindly notify us within the same 24-hour period whenever possible.
If no confirmation is received, your booking will be considered unconfirmed and recorded as a no-show for the scheduled episode.
Zoom Confirmation
Approximately 2 hours before the recording, your Zoom invitation will be emailed.
Please acknowledge receipt of the invitation and verify that the Zoom link is working properly.
Failure to acknowledge the Zoom invitation before the scheduled recording may also result in your participation being treated as a no-show.
Rescheduling
We understand unexpected situations can happen.
If you notify us in advance that you are unavailable, we will gladly reschedule your recording to another mutually convenient date and time.

What Happens After the Date Is Confirmed
Once your interview date is confirmed, our team will begin preparing everything needed for your podcast appearance.
We will prepare:
• Your professional bio
• The interview transcript
• Your podcast cover image using either your real photo or your AI avatar (depending on your preference)
Your podcast cover image will be published across our platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and iHeartRadio.
The same cover image will also be displayed during our Zoom recording session.

What Happens After the Show
After the interview, our production team will carefully edit the recording to provide the best listening experience.
This may include:
• Removing or adjusting any sections that could cause sensitivity concerns
• Trimming long pauses or periods of silence
• Smoothing awkward moments
• Reducing noticeable stuttering where appropriate (only if needed)
• Adding suitable background music where it enhances the listening experience
The full podcast will then be published on Spotify.
We will also identify memorable highlights from the conversation and produce multiple short podcast clips (generally under five minutes each) for additional promotion across our platforms.
As our Zoom interview is audio-only with cameras turned off, we create engaging AI-generated visuals featuring you and any people, places, or characters you mention during the conversation.
These visuals help keep viewers engaged while listening to your story and often help introduce your business, brand, or social media pages to a wider audience.
All visuals are created entirely by our production team.
Once everything is completed, we will publish the content and send you a collaboration invitation link.
If you would like to collaborate on the post, simply click the link and accept the invitation.
Occasionally, technical issues may occur with the collaboration dashboard, causing the collaboration link not to function correctly.
If that happens, you are welcome to share the published post directly on your own page, or we may tag your account where appropriate.
Our editorial team will determine how each podcast clip is presented on our platforms.
As long as the content complies with platform guidelines, every episode and clip will be published professionally, respectfully, and in a manner that best represents your story.
