A note from interim GM Bob Hennelly:

For 18 months, I’ve relied on cardiac rehab at Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center — a program that’s helped me heal, regain strength, and stay healthy. Alongside me are dozens of others, many in their 60s, 70s, and 80s, who have quietly built their recovery into a lifeline.

Now, with no explanation and no plan for the future, the program has been abruptly terminated. We were simply told: it’s over.

Hackensack Meridian, Robert Garrett — you owe patients and families an answer.

And Danny DeVito, you’ve made numerous donations to this hospital. I wish you knew how we’ve been treated. We need your voice.
