Praise for 575:

"Reading Coen Crisp's poignant, pointed poetry makes me feel seen and understood as a transgender man in a way that literature very rarely does. When so much of the world is concerned with the hardness and durability of the seemingly ever-imperiled American masculinity, Crisp's instinct to move towards the vulnerabilities reminds me what a gift it's been to be given a manhood I can attempt to intentionally interrogate and shape. Of course, there's pain inherent in this process, from within and without — and Crisp is an emerging cartographer of this territory for Southern and small-town trans men — but sitting with "575" reminds me that the residue of struggle can always be transmogrified into kindling for self-reflection. Which is to say, self-love."
- Mitch Kellaway, co-editor of "Manning Up: Tr*******al Men on Findikg Brotherhood, Family & Themselves"

Today, on the same day that North Carolina recognizes marriage equality, Lost & Found Fiction announces our upcoming release from our friend North Carolina writer Coen Crisp. We've known Coen for a long time, and we've always been such huge fans of his writing and his bravery. We are thrilled to announce Coen's collection of haiku, called 575. Coen is transgendered, and his through his haiku he has catalogued his emotions, fears, struggles and milestones of his journey. All sales of 575 will go directly to Coen's GoFundMe campaign to take his transition to the next step. Stay tuned for the official order link.

In the meantime, go ahead on over to Coen's GoFundMe page.
