🍛Indian Butter Chicken

🧄 Ingredients:

500g boneless chicken (cut in cubes)

1 cup plain yogurt

2 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp garam masala (or curry)

Salt to taste

2 tbsp butter

1 onion (finely chopped)

1 cup tomato puree

1/2 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)

Fresh coriander (for garnish)

🍳 Instructions:

1. Marinate chicken:
In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, ginger, turmeric, chili, garam masala, and salt. Add chicken and marinate for 1 hour (or overnight if possible).

2. Cook chicken:
In a pan, melt 1 tbsp butter. Sear chicken until golden. Remove and set aside.

3. Make sauce:
In the same pan, add the other 1 tbsp butter, sauté onions until soft. Add tomato puree, cook 5 min. Then add cream and stir.

4. Combine:
Add chicken to the sauce, simmer for 10–15 min until tender.

5. Serve:
Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with basmati rice or naan bread.

🍝 Easy Creamy Garlic Pasta – Ready in 15 Minutes!

Looking for a quick, creamy, and comforting dinner idea?
This garlic pasta is perfect for busy nights – full of flavor and super simple!

✅ Ingredients:
– 200g pasta
– 2 tbsp butter
– 4 garlic cloves (minced)
– 1 cup heavy cream
– ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt & pepper
– Parsley for garnish 🌿

🔥 Instructions:

1. Boil pasta until al dente.

2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 min.

3. Add cream and simmer for 3-4 mins.

4. Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper.

5. Mix with pasta and serve hot.
