Production Coordinator/Studio Manager

Responsibilities:

Keep production and freelance list up to date.

Communicate with freelancers on holds, bookings, and availability.

Oversee studio needs, ordering supplies, shipping, and answering phones.

Research for projects, and assist EP and Producers with daily tasks.

Keep the studio organized and prepared.

Oversee the intern program and production assistants.

General clerical skills as well as computer skills.

Qualifications:

Able to work independently

Task orientated, strong organization and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Able to problem-solve.

Design and animation knowledge is a plus.

Computer Knowledge:

Word/excel

Google Docs

Adobe applications are a plus

The designer/animator will work closely with our creative directors and art directors as part of the creative team.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Adobe software such as After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Final Cut, or Adobe Premiere. Have knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a plus.
•Understanding of the production process
•Excellent organizational skills
•Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently is important.
•Have at least 2 years experience in the industry working on 2D/3D animations and motion graphics, design.
•Fundamental understanding of time management techniques as they relate to animation/design production.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to provide a reel/examples showcasing a range of work.
This is a full-time position with health benefits located in our Brooklyn, NY studio.

Transistor is seeking a C4D Designer and a Junior Designer/Animator

C4D Designer:

Transistor is seeking talented designers with a focus on 3D motion design using C4D. Applicants should have a robust understanding of design, including composition, color, lighting, and texturing. Knowledge of animation and Octane or similar third-party render engines is a bonus.

Qualifications include:

Experience with C4D, Mograph, Octane, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
A minimum of 3+ years in the professional design industry.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively with our team.
Good organizational skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
Be able to follow creative direction and client comments.

Junior Designer/Animator
Transistor is seeking talented designers with animation experience eager to learn and grow within a creative environment. Applicants should understand design, including composition and color, and knowledge of animating in After Effects.

Qualifications include:

Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. C4D, Flash, Illustration/fine art experience is a strong plus.
A minimum of 1-2+ years in the professional design industry.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively with our team.
Good organizational skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
Be able to follow creative direction and client comments.
