features women in power on the topic of gender bias in the workplace. The truth is, gender bias is so ingrained in society, it’s almost automatic. Even the most progressive among us can be guilty of it. These biases function as an invisible barrier for women in the workplace. To achieve gender equality, we all have to learn how to identify our unconscious bias and start actively working against it.

I just voted in The Webby People's Voice Awards and checked my voter registration.
