Am I the only one experiencing crazy body odor after giving birth? šŸ˜­ Itā€™s SO bad! It doesnā€™t matter how many times I shower a day. Iā€™ve even tried my husbandā€™s deodorant and switched deodorants a couple of times, but nothing seems to work.
I read somewhere that it can be postpartum/hormone-related. How long does this last?! šŸ˜© For those who experienced this, when did it get better? And PLEASE drop the deodorants that actually worked for you because Iā€™m struggling over here šŸ˜‚

We moved to a new house just two weeks ago, but the baby is constantly covered in bitesā€”even though the baby wears pajamas to sleep. We clean and spray regularly, but there are so many of those tiny black biting insects. Weā€™re already using electric mosquito repellers and patches; what else would you suggest doing? Iā€™ve vacuumed the entire house three times and also use Baygon spray.

Hello! I know a lot of our babies are outgrowing or about to outgrow their bassinets. Is anyone using something other than a crib? Theyā€™re just so bulky and I have limited space. My ped said we could do a toddler bed next, but Iā€™m nervous because a lot of them seem too high for a baby. Anyone have recommendations for something safe but not as bulky as a crib?

Iā€™ve been trying to figure this out for 3 weeks now, my Lo (3 weeks old) doesnā€™t like to be put down while she sleeps during the day. Can someone please give me some pointers on how I can get her to stay down for more than 5-15 minutes. Oddly enough sheā€™s fine when I put her in the bassinet at night, could it be because I have her swaddled and white noise playing? My parents told me not to swaddle her during the day šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø and she does fine on the play mat during her wake window. I just know holding her all the time wonā€™t be sustainable especially now that my arms are starting to get sore. I had a c section so I wonā€™t be able to wear baby for another 3 weeks - planning on baby wear as a last resort but would like to avoid it.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for those who have already commented! šŸ¤—

BABY WOKE UP WITH A SWOLLEN FACE AND REDNESS
Hello Dr. Sang and everyone. My baby is over 6 months old and this morning woke up with a swollen and red face, skin texture visible, and a slight fever. Last night, the baby cried a lot even though she rarely cries before.
The baby still mainly drinks breast milk and has started solid foods once a day with hipp rice-flavored powder. The mother didn't eat anything unusual yesterday.
Currently, the baby is still well-behaved and drinks breast milk normally. Is there anyone else experiencing this situation? Should I monitor the baby further or take any action?

What does everyone do when their LO needs a diaper change when youā€™re at a restaurant but the restaurant doesnā€™t have a changing table? Obvious answer is to take them to the car and change them their but our car at this point was parked far away due to a festival. I ended up going outside and changing them in the grass, luckily my diaper bag had a changing station that unfolds. Pic so it doesnā€™t get lost.

Any recommendations?? Started Sunday with just two sports and now all over the face. First time mom here. I ordered tubby Todd but will this clog her pores more?
Also tried putting fresh hand expressed breast milk on. Open to any suggestions! Started just after 2 weeks old.

My 11 day old.. guzzling nearly 4oz every 2/3 hoursšŸ«  Thatā€™s combo feeding so unsure how much heā€™s getting off breast. 15 mins of pumping normally gets 2/3 oz and heā€™s on me for around 20mins when BF. Bottle formula can be around 3/4 ozā€¦ does this seem right to you guys? Born at 5lb 14oz and now 6lb 3ozšŸ¤
