Heavily Engaged Entertainment

Heavily Engaged Entertainment We here at Heavily Engaged Entertainment represent all types of artists, models and talents, and devote our expertise to furthering their careers.

We are a NJ based company which I hope to build into an East Coast Entertainment Label that spans from CT to FL. Our foundation is built over the motto "Go Hard or Die" which refers to your career in the industry. We feel it is vital to make a rock solid impression in every aspect and in every move you make or you might just commit "career suicide". We do not limit our expertise to music alone. In fact our label expands into every aspect of the entertainment industry from music to movies to fashion, promotions, modeling, photography, etc, etc.

#INTERNSHIPS Before you wind up at a broke studio not benefiting from your wasted gas and efforts to keep obnoxious people happy, and never get any experience in your field, you should know -
Internships are given by verified companies for college credit! They are regulated by the federal government. If the internship does not meet these guidelines, it is against federal law.
U.S. Department of Labor's unpaid internship guidelines:
- Interns must be given tasks that are beneficial for them.
- Interns must not be asked to run personal errands for the employer.
- Interns must be closely supervised by a staff member.
- Interns must receive training similar to that which would be given in an educational setting.
- The intern cannot displace staff employees.
- The employer cannot directly benefit from the intern's work.
- Both the intern and the employer must be made aware that the internship may not result in an employment offer.
- The internship should be for a fixed time period, established at the beginning of the internship.
- All parties understand the terms and job tasks on the internship.
- The terms of the internship must be in writing.
