Reindeer Chow
Ingredients:
- 9 cups Chex Cereal (1 regular box – 350 grams or 12oz)
- 1-2 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1¼ cups chopped white chocolate (166g)
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- ¼ cup salted butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup Christmas M&Ms
- 1 cup mini peanut butter cups
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine Chex Cereal, mini pretzels, and salted peanuts. Set aside.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate, peanut butter, salted butter, and salt together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully combined.
3. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal mixture and gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
4. Transfer the coated mixture into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the powdered sugar, seal the bag, and shake vigorously until the mixture is completely coated with powdered sugar.
5. Spread the mixture out onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool and set.
6. Once cooled, fold in the Christmas M&Ms and mini peanut butter cups.
7. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.

Tips:
Use gluten-free Chex cereal and pretzels for a gluten-free version.
