Have you ever wished you had a friend in the publishing industry? Someone you could trust for insight and direction into getting your book on the shelves and growing your brand as an author. Someone with experience in Big Publishing, but a heart for independent authors. If you’ve ever hoped for that resource – The Book Publishing Toolbox is for you! The Book Publishing Toolbox is an all-encompassing publishing course designed for independent authors. In the course, we cover topics like:
Will people want to read my book? How do I sell my book? How much will it cost to publish my book? How do I build a following? Do I need an editor? Do I need an agent? How do I make my book a success? The Book Publishing Toolbox was created by veteran publishing professional Julie Trelstad. Julie has been working in publishing since Amazon was only a river. Her experience is unusual because she’s worn many different hats: editor, book marketer, acquisitions editor, production manager, publisher, coach, and publishing entrepreneur—few understand how all the pieces connect better than Julie. As an avid reader, Julie is passionate about seeing the publishing industry thrive and diversify—through better support for authors and more diversity for readers. The Book Publishing Toolbox is based on the publishing techniques used by professional publishers and offers a foundation for both traditional and self-publishers who value both quality and a proven path to book sales!
