I got so depressed one week in NYC that I started a podcast! Between being bicoastal and on tour every weekend, I am in a different time zone every three days. I was feeling very isolated. And then I realized how many people around me were moving to their dream city, fantasizing about moving to their dream city, confused about where they wanted to live, or simply stuck somewhere they didn’t want to be. So if you are in a similar season of transition in life, this is the podcast for you. Listen to me navigate the loneliness, frustration, and thrill of figuring out where in the world you feel most at home (and whether I can learn to love NYC long term) as well as talk about life on the road. The trailer is out, you can subscribe right now so you don’t miss the first 2 episodes the second they drop next week. Check out Sad In The City on Apple, Spotify, and YouTube.

"Before Berklee Online, I was fortunate enough to be in a touring indie rock band that brought me all across North America for several years, but it didn't hold a future for me. I needed to find something I could do in music that would have longevity because my absolute nightmare is having to settle for a job that lies outside of what I'm passionate about. Berklee Online helped me find my own path. It taught me how to really focus on something and put in the hours. I never thought I would be working in a studio setting, but I fell in love with production and collaborative songwriting while studying with Berklee Online."— Johnny O'Hagan, Audio Engineer and Composer at Gotham Podcast Studio
